Before ordering your custom ornament, please review the considerations and requirements, then complete the Order Form after adding to your cart.

Considerations:

  • Images are black and greyscale graphics on a natural aluminum backing only.

  • Metal thickness is 0.032″ or 0.8 mm. Satin finish.

  • Look for minimal distractions in the background of your images so portraits will be better highlighted.

  • Some image cropping/clipping may occur when resizing.

  • Due to the nature of the metal and the technique, exact exposure match to the digital images cannot always be guaranteed. Each metal sheet is hand-developed.

  • A digital proof is emailed to the customer for approval before order is developed.

Image Requirements:

A high resolution digital or scanned image is required for best quality. Do not crop your photo, but specify if you would like cropping. It does not have to be in black and white, but should transfer well to black and white. If you are unable to provide a scanned image, please take it to a qualified print shop to scan and email the digital image; an original photograph may be submitted with your order. Once your order is processed, your original photograph is returned. Although we take great care in handling your original photographs, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged photos. You must own copyright of the image or have obtained permission to reproduce the image. We are not responsible for any misuse of an image.

Images will be reviewed to determined if they are an acceptable quality to be developed on metal. If it is not advisable to develop an image, but the customer would still like to proceed, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the ornament regardless of the final result.
